Gaxton Dhas

Gaxton Dhas is a seasoned leader in AI Assurance and Governance, currently serving as the Head of AI Assurance. With a robust background managing large-scale AI initiatives, Gaxton has led multidisciplinary teams of over 250 data scientists, developing frameworks that ensure the ethical and accountable deployment of AI systems. Previously at Verizon, Gaxton played a pivotal role in solving business challenges through data science, while at Shell, they led the Finance Data Science team and initiated industry-first AI tools. Gaxton holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed a Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad with distinction.
