Geeske Boode

Geeske Boode is a seasoned Reward and Job Evaluation Manager with extensive experience in organizational design and development. They served as a Reward and Organisation Consultant at Hay Group from 2004 to 2009, leading projects in various sectors, including finance and healthcare. From 2012 to 2016, they held the roles of Head of Human Resources and Senior Human Resource Development Advisor at SNV. At Shell, from 2016 to 2021, they were a Senior Organisational Design Advisor and later became the Reward and Job Evaluation Manager, advising leadership and implementing a machine learning tool for global job evaluation. Geeske earned two Master's degrees in Social Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
