Gereon Dierker

Gereon Dierker has over 15 years of production expertise in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Operations Readiness Lead Transformation at Shell. They manage all production units in energy transition projects and lead a team of 68 personnel in the gasification, hydrogen manufacturing, and methanol synthesis sectors at Shell's Rheinland Refinery. Previously, Gereon acted as a startup advisor during the precommissioning phase at Motiva Enterprises and worked in various roles within Shell, including Production Supervisor and Production Specialist. They hold a Dr. rer. nat. degree from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and have studied at prestigious institutions like Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of Oxford.
