Ghim How Chew is an integrative HR leader with expertise in strategic business partnership, M&A, and employee relations. Ghim previously held roles at prominent companies such as Oracle Singapore, Life Technologies, and Shell, where responsibilities included talent management, succession planning, and change management. As the Head of HR for Singapore and Indonesia at Shell, Ghim led various initiatives to enhance organizational professionalism and employee engagement. Ghim earned an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University.
