Glenn Mahiya

Glenn Mahiya is currently the Well, Reservoir, Facility Management (WRFM) Process Delivery Lead at Shell Exploration & Production Company, overseeing the implementation of processes to optimize hydrocarbon recovery in the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Previously, Glenn held various roles, including Senior Reservoir Engineer and Overall Development Plan and Studies Team Lead at Shell China Exploration & Production Co., where they managed subsurface studies and led teams in field development planning. Glenn also worked as a Reservoir Engineer with Unocal and began their career as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, where they conducted experimental research in steam-water relative permeability. Glenn holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of the Philippines.
