Gruff Williams

Gruff Williams is an experienced production professional with a comprehensive background in film and television production management. Currently serving as the Head of Production at Shell since November 2021, Gruff has previously held multiple roles including Production Executive and Film Production Manager. Prior experience at Marjan Television Network Ltd. from February 2018 to November 2021 included responsibilities as Senior Production Manager, overseeing production administration, budgeting, and health and safety targets. Previous roles at Tinopolis included Floor Manager and Studio Sound Assistant, emphasizing live production expertise across various formats. Gruff's career began with a role as Runner at Sunset & Vine Productions during the European Rugby Cup and included a foundational position as Production Assistant at Fiction Factory Limited. Gruff holds a Higher National Diploma in Events Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
