Guido Pans

Guido Pans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy sector, currently serving as General Manager at Shell since 2019, focusing on strategic activities in Global Safety, Environment, and Asset Management. Previously, Guido held the position of Technical Director at Salym Petroleum Development, where leadership was focused on business growth and the flagship South Hub Project. Across a career spanning over two decades at Shell, Guido has successfully led various teams and projects, including significant business transformations and reorganization initiatives, while also managing complex offshore operations and assets. Guido holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and participated in a Graduate Summer Term at Harvard University, specializing in Economics and Russian Politics.
