Gustavo Albuquerque

Gustavo Albuquerque is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Shell from January 1993 to July 2016. In the role of Finance Manager for the Shareholder Representative Office, Gustavo acted as the finance representative for Shell shareholders in joint ventures with Cosan, specifically in Raízen and Comgas, which are notable players in the sugar, ethanol, and gas distribution sectors. As GC Finance Manager for Latin America, responsibilities included providing business finance support for various sectors and ensuring robust business control frameworks. Additionally, as Lubricants Manager for Joint Ventures, coordination of the relationship between Shell Lubricants and the Retail business in the Raízen JV was key. Gustavo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1988-1993) and a Post Graduation in Business Management from FGV (2000-2001).
