Haitham Barakat

Haitham Barakat is currently the RNG Facilities Manager for the Americas at Shell, where they manage commissioning and operations at RNG facilities across the United States. Prior to this role, they served as the Americas Production Excellence Manager at Shell, leading a team focused on value delivery in lubricants production from 2014 to 2021. Haitham's earlier experience includes positions at ExxonMobil as a Capital Project Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor, where they successfully managed numerous capital projects and optimized production. They began their career with a co-op at BMW, coordinating the assembly of prototype vehicles. Haitham is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University.
