Harm Tillema

WTG Construction Lead Crosswind (hollandse Kust Noord) at Shell

Harm Tillema is an experienced professional in the offshore wind sector with a career at Shell that began in December 2014. Currently serving as the WTG Construction Lead for the Crosswind project, Harm oversees Wind Turbine Generator transport and installation activities. Previous roles include Balance of Plant Package Project Engineer for the Blauwwind project and Structural Engineer for offshore wind business development. Furthermore, Harm has contributed to academic research as a Research Engineer and Graduate Intern at Shell, and held engineering and teaching roles early in the career, including a Subsea Engineer Intern position at Heerema Marine Contractors and Mathematics Teacher at Inwijs.
