Hasel Dampog has extensive experience in finance and revenue management, currently serving as the Network Insights Manager at Shell since July 2009. In this role, Hasel has focused on process stabilization, root cause analysis, and enhancing operational controls, while ensuring the integrity of analyses and reports. Hasel has also held positions as Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager for Revenue Billing, where responsibilities included managing billing processes and developing training materials. Prior to Shell, Hasel worked as a Billing Analyst at Baker & McKenzie and as an Accounting Clerk at Peers Credit Resources Inc. Hasel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of the Philippines in 2003 and completed high school at Leyte Institute in 1999.
