Heather Ptak is an Environmental Manager Deepwater at Shell, recognized for a collaborative approach to problem-solving that aligns operational needs with regulatory compliance. With extensive experience in environmental issues across government contracts and oil and gas activities, Heather has a proven track record in building consensus and motivating teams to achieve results. They previously served as an Environmental Engineer at the Office of the Federal Coordinator and an Environmental Scientist at Jacobs Engineering, where they managed multimillion-dollar projects and effectively communicated complex regulatory requirements. Heather holds an MS in Environmental Quality Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a BS in Environmental Science from Fort Lewis College.
