Hector Reyes has over 28 years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Pipeline Scheduler for Shell since October 1995, where responsibilities include managing pipeline movements, barge movements, and tank inventories, alongside collaborating with scheduling analysts for shipper nominations and schedule distribution. Previously, Hector held roles as a Pipeline Controller, overseeing crude oil pipelines on the Gulf Coast while ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, and as a Maintenance/Electrical Technician, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various mechanical and electrical systems. Hector also contributed as an Operator, blending and bottling lubricants, and served in the US Army from May 1993 to April 1999 as a Chemical Operations Specialist, specializing in NBC detection and decontamination equipment. Education includes studies at San Jacinto College.
