Hew Voon Sam

Hew Voon Sam is a Supply Chain Specialist with extensive experience in commercial operations, sourcing, and subcontracting activities, particularly within the subsea projects across the APAC region. Currently serving as the SC Commercial Lead at Shell since 2022, Sam is tasked with overseeing end-to-end subcontracting processes. Prior to this role, Sam held positions at McDermott International Inc. and Sapura Energy Berhad, where they played key roles in project procurement and efficiency improvements. Sam is pursuing a degree in Materials Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University.
