Hilary Mercer is an experienced executive currently serving as the Vice President of Projects Integrated Gas at Shell and the Executive Vice President of Projects & Engineering. They previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Pennsylvania Chemicals at Shell from 2021 to 2023 and have been the Vice President of Pennsylvania Chemicals at Shell Chemicals since 2017. Hilary is also pursuing education at St Hugh's College, Oxford University.
