I-Chou Chen

I-Chou Chen is a results-driven oil and gas professional with 30 years of expertise in various aspects of the industry, including manufacturing, commercial planning, performance management, and sustainability. Currently working as a Senior Performance Advisor at Shell Oil Company since 2013, I-Chou leads pricing tool support and oversees global reporting in chemical reliability and energy performance. Previously, I-Chou held significant roles at BP, contributing to business development initiatives in China and supporting refinery projects. I-Chou is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Leeds.
