Ian White is the Director of Energy Origination at Shell Energy, where they oversee western US and Canadian wholesale markets and regulatory affairs. They previously served as a Trader for Shell Energy North America from 2015 to 2021 and held the same position at The Energy Authority in 2014. Ian also worked as a Stationary Engineer for the State of Idaho from 2012 to 2014 and has been a Board Member of the Western Power Trading Forum since 2021. Ian earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Idaho, graduating in 2013.
