Ibrahim Al Shidhani is a highly skilled leader with over 19 years of experience in Well Engineering, specializing in high-profile oil and gas projects. They served as the Well Engineering Team Lead at Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC from 2013 to 2017, managing drilling operations and well planning. With a background in deep sour and unconventional gas exploration, Ibrahim has also founded Al Jadarah Consultancy Services and currently holds the position of Managing Director at Al-Jadarah Scientific & Engineering L.L.C since 2008. They earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
