Ignatius Poullard

Ignatius Poullard has extensive experience in operations and management, beginning with a role as a Dental Technician in the US Navy from November 2000 to June 2003, where responsibilities included patient preparation and equipment sterilization. After transitioning to the civilian workforce, Ignatius worked at Shell Oil Company from July 2005 to November 2008 in various positions, such as Staffing and Training Coordinator, Order Management Regional Associate, and ultimately Operations Manager at the Shell Technology Center in Houston, overseeing multiple laboratories and teams. Following this tenure, Ignatius served as Terminal Superintendent for Motiva Enterprises LLC from November 2008 to December 2013, managing terminal operations effectively. Ignatius holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
