Igor Melman Baiense

Igor Melman Baiense has nearly a decade of experience at Shell Brasil, specializing in various fields of Communications, including Media Relations, Internal and External Communications, and Digital Content. They have served as the External Communications and Content Advisor, where they managed Shell Brasil’s digital and social content, and as Chair of Shell Brasil’s enABLE Network, advocating for Inclusion & Diversity, particularly for individuals with disabilities. Igor is fluent in English and has advanced Spanish skills, which complement their ability to thrive in multicultural environments through extensive international travel. They hold a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Journalism from Faculdades Integradas Hélio Alonso (FACHA).
