İlayda Çaylı

İlayda Çaylı is an HR professional currently working at Shell as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Advisor and has also served as an Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Manager. Previously, İlayda gained experience at Ferrero as a Talent & Internal Communication Specialist and a Human Resources Specialist. Early in their career, İlayda accumulated internship experience in both marketing and human resources at GSK. İlayda is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University, following an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Galatasaray University.
