Ingmar Ploemen

Ingmar Ploemen is the General Manager of Electrification Technology at Shell, where they manage the development of commercial and business models focused on decarbonizing industry through electrification solutions. They previously held multiple positions at Shell, including leading the solvent extraction technology development program and managing new energy technologies in solar, wind, and hydrogen. Ingmar holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and is passionate about driving the transition to a sustainable energy system.
