Ioana Floru

Ioana Floru is a Senior Commercial Lead at Shell, specializing in HEFA USA, with extensive experience in the chemicals industry. Previously, Ioana served as a Technology Manager for Shell Chemicals Europe B.V., where they established foundational operations for a new Center of Expertise in polycarbonates and led a multi-million EUR project to enhance Shell's sustainability initiatives. With past roles at LyondellBasell and Ineos, Ioana honed their skills in production management and polymer technology development. They hold an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Master’s Degree in Process and Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
