Ismail Alabri

Ismail Alabri is currently the HSSE Manager for Oman Shell, where they focus on enhancing safety, asset integrity, and process safety across various ventures. Previously, Ismail held roles at bp, including HSE & Carbon Discipline Lead, Well Site Leader, and Wells HSE Manager, where they managed HSE risks and compliance in drilling operations. Ismail began their career at Petroleum Development Oman, serving as a Drilling Supervisor and later as a Senior Drilling Supervisor at CC Energy Development. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.
