Ismail Elhakim

Ismail ELHAKIM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical management within the lubricants sector. Currently serving as the Global Customer Digital and Services Innovation Manager at Shell since January 2017, Ismail has held multiple roles including Technical Manager for the Middle East and Lubricant Technical Advisor for the UAE and Macro Distributor Markets. Prior experience includes a tenure at TOTAL EGYPT as Senior Field Engineer, where Ismail provided technical support and conducted lubrication audits, as well as earlier positions involving production, research, and engineering. Ismail holds an MBA from Paris ESLSCA Business School and two master's degrees, one in Mechanical and Fibers Science and another in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar and Université française d'Egypte, respectively.
