Ivan Niosi is the Head of Onshore Renewable Europe and CEO of Shell Energy Italia, having held various leadership roles in the renewable energy sector. Niosi began their career at Randazzo Energy as a Business Development & Project Management professional from 2005 to 2011, later consulting on solar projects for Sviluppo Italia Sicilia and as a Senior Energy expert at Accenture in 2009. They led solar business development at BayWa r.e. Italia S.r.l. from 2017 to 2019 and transitioned to Shell in 2019, where they continue to drive onshore renewable power initiatives. Niosi holds master’s degrees in Energy and Finance, Management and Waste Characterization, and Hydraulic Risk and Environment from renowned institutions.
