Ivan Tan is currently the Executive Vice President for Development, Subsurface & Wells at Shell International. Previously, Ivan held various leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Arrow Energy and Country Chair & Senior Vice President in Malaysia at Shell. Ivan has also served as Chair of the Queensland Natural Gas Industry Safety Forum and has extensive experience in well engineering and operations across different capacities within Shell. Ivan earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Alliance Manchester Business School and holds multiple certifications in energy innovation and climate policy from prestigious institutions.
