Izabela Wolany is currently the CEE Strategy and Transformation Manager at Shell, bringing over 15 years of management experience in finance, organizational efficiency, automation, and customer experience. Previously, Izabela held several key financial roles at Shell, including Country Controller for Poland and Bulgaria and Deputy Controller for Poland, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, financial compliance, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Shell, Izabela worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young and progressed through various positions at the firm, contributing to tax optimization projects and managing client relationships. Izabela earned a Master’s degree from Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie and participated in programs at Södertörn University and the Stockholm School of Economics.
