Jackie Carruthers

Jackie Carruthers is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Learning Manager for the Lubricants and Mobility Portfolio at Shell since March 2020. Previously, Jackie held various roles at BP from January 2011 to March 2020, including Project Lead for Digital Capability and Learning Manager, demonstrating expertise in digital learning solutions and instructional design for a wide range of oil and gas professionals. Jackie also founded Osmosis Consultants, providing learning consultancy to numerous organizations, and served as Head of Organisational Learning at Vista Employer Services. Earlier experience includes training program management at Hewlett Packard and a role as Assistant Personnel Officer at the University of Sheffield. Jackie holds a Masters in Occupational Technology from the University of Houston and a PG Diploma in Human Resources from Sheffield Hallam University.
