James Craig

James Craig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the chemical and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning for Downstream Chemicals and Products at Shell since January 2015, James has held multiple senior roles at the company, including leadership positions in customer and commercial learning as well as technology, IT, and digital learning. Prior to joining Shell, James was a Director and Partner at Quintop Management Consultants from January 2005 to December 2014, and worked as a freelance Public Relations and Public Affairs Consultant at Regester Larkin from February 1999 to August 2002. James holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Erasmus University / Rotterdam School of Management, and a degree in Communications from Ichthus College.
