James Guerrero

James Guerrero is currently the IT Operations Lead for Pensions, Risk & Insurance at Shell, overseeing application service delivery in alignment with Service Level Agreements. After 27 years at BG Group, where they held various roles including IT Vendor Manager and Service Delivery Management Lead, James leveraged extensive experience in IT operations and service management. James began their career as a Computer Programmer at Christie's and has built a robust background in technology management and vendor relations. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Westminster and an HNC in Business & Finance from Hammersmith and West London College.
