James Johnstone is currently the Global Head of Loyalty & CRM at Shell and has held various significant roles including GM Global Head of Downstream Insights. Previously, James worked at Reckitt Benckiser as a Global Category Insight Manager and at The Nielsen Company as a Senior Manager and Associate Director. James also served as a Consumer Insight Manager at TNS. With a degree in History from Cardiff University, James combines educational background with extensive experience in consumer insights and data strategies.
