Jan Lubbe has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Shell. From June 2020 to August 2022, Jan served as a Production Team Leader. Jan's earlier roles at Shell included serving as the CSU lead for the HMU2 HEFA project, Process Operator, Unit Trainer for RWH, Operational Project Focal Point for DCS Conversion Part 1 of Hycon, Operational Maintenance Coordinator, and Project, Plant Change, and Documentation Focal Point. Additionally, Jan took on the role of Assistant Production Team Lead and was the Start Stop Coordinator for Hycon, as well as the Commissioning Lead for Turnarounds at Hycon/SARU.
