Jantien Rosman

Jantien Rosman is a Global HR Manager in Renewable Generation at Shell, bringing a strong background in human resources and leadership. With a proven track record in talent acquisition, HR consulting, coaching, performance management, and project management, Jantien has extensive experience in the oil and energy industry. Jantien began their career at Shell as an HR business partner and later served in various roles, including Organizational Development Specialist for New Energies and HR Manager for Renewables/Hydrogen/Nature Based Solutions. Jantien holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Propedeuse in Business Studies from the University of Groningen.
