Jasna Ruzdijic

Jasna Ruzdijic possesses extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic leadership, primarily with Shell from February 2004 to July 2021. In the role of Principal Corporate Finance, Jasna drove strategic initiatives for the CFO and senior leadership. As Head of EMEA Downstream M&A, Jasna executed over 80 projects, managing complex divestments and acquisitions across various sectors. The position of CFO for Exploration Europe involved oversight of financial management for a multi-entity operation across more than 10 countries, managing substantial budgets and balance sheets. Additional roles included Global Lead Commercial Finance and M&A Manager, focusing on large-scale transactions. With a foundation in analytical skills from an MMath degree at the University of Oxford and a Master's in Finance from London Business School, Jasna has also contributed to significant divestment strategies in Latin America.
