Jason Cao

Head of digital marketing

Jason Cao is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in digital marketing and brand management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing at Shell since October 2017, Jason drives corporate transformation toward digitalization and oversees the establishment of a digital hub for Shell China and its joint ventures. Prior to this role, Jason held key positions at leading companies such as Nestlé, Nokia, and BMW China, where responsibilities spanned brand management, media strategy development, and marketing communication. Jason holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in English and International Business from Beijing Foreign Studies University, along with a Master of Business Administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
