Jay Que

Jay Que is a seasoned supply chain executive with a longstanding career at Shell, beginning in 2003. Currently serving as Vice President Supply Chain Downstream and Renewables, Jay has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Supply Chain Officer and Vice President Supply Chain Strategy and Sustainability, leading a global team of 1,300 professionals to ensure a competitive and resilient supply chain while transitioning to a Net Carbon Zero environment. Previous positions include General Manager Supply Chain Manufacturing and Manager of Continuous Improvement, where Jay focused on optimizing procurement processes and implementing LEAN strategies. Jay's extensive experience also includes roles in marketing and as a Senior Management Consultant. Jay holds an MBA from Rice Business, obtained in 2003.
