Jeff Cole

Jeff Cole is the GM of Nature Based Solutions (NBS) for North America at Shell, where they lead a team focused on expanding Shell's low carbon ventures and partnerships. With extensive experience in sustainability and climate strategy, they have previously held leadership positions at organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Ecos Technologies, and Blue Source, driving project development and financial strategies in carbon markets. Jeff co-founded Latitude Climate, advising on carbon project feasibility, and has also managed sustainability strategies for Fortune 500 companies at California Environmental Associates. They earned a Master of Arts in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from the same university, alongside a BA in Economics with Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.
