Jeff Novack is currently a Major Maintenance Leader at Shell, where they have worked since 2011. They previously held the position of Commissioning and Start-up Leader at Shell Scotford Upgrader from 2008. Before that, Jeff served as a General Foreman at both Commonwealth Construction Company Ltd. and Jacobs from 2006 to 2008. Jeff studied Project Management and obtained a 4th Class Power Engineer certification at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
