Jefferson Couto

Jefferson Couto, PMP®, is a seasoned production manager with a solid background in production engineering, having specialized in Oil & Gas at COPPE / UFRJ. They earned an MBA in Project Management and have extensive experience in project management, including several roles at Petrobras, where Jefferson improved maintenance planning and production metrics on FPSOs. Currently, Jefferson works at Flowserve Pump Division in the Project Management department, utilizing their knowledge of various project management tools and quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Their previous positions include operations management roles at MODEC, Inc. and Altera&Ocyan, where they consistently focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
