Jesper Morell

Jesper Morell is a seasoned professional in the fields of policy, compensation, and benefits management, currently serving as the Policy, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Shell since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jesper held the position of Director, Compensation & Benefits at Nature Energy from May 2022 to September 2025 and was a Senior Reward Specialist at USTC between January 2021 and May 2022, along with a similar role at Bunker Holding A/S from September 2012 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior HR Legal & Reward Specialist and HR Legal Compliance Specialist, as well as an internship at Shanghai DeBund Law Offices and volunteer work at Forbrugerrådgivningen. Jesper holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Aarhus University, attained between 2006 and 2012.
