Jess Ede is a Design & Innovation Strategist at Shell with a background in service design and experience design. Previously, Jess served as a Senior Service Designer at various organizations, including the Department for Work and Pensions and Meld Studios, where they focused on improving user experiences and organizational services. Jess has also co-founded a design agency, mentored students in design education, and holds multiple degrees in creative industries and psychology. Currently, Jess is pursuing training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist while leading communications and engagement at Shell.
