Jesse van Kuyk is an experienced legal professional with a focus on renewable energy and corporate finance. Starting as a Junior Associate at Linklaters in 2011, Jesse transitioned to Baker McKenzie as an Associate before taking on interim legal roles at DPA Professionals. From 2015 to 2019, Jesse served as Legal Counsel for Corporate Finance at Shell, developing legal strategies for global projects. Currently, as Senior Legal Counsel for Renewables & Energy Solutions at Shell, Jesse leads legal efforts for various renewable energy projects, including significant investments and hydrogen initiatives. Jesse holds an LL.B and LL.M in International & European Law from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, as well as additional qualifications in effective negotiating and a collaborative training with top Dutch law firms.
