Jill Lim Calalang

Jill Lim Calalang, CGCE™, is an experienced Credit Risk Specialist currently serving as a Senior Team Manager in Risk Management and Credit Underwriting at Shell, a position held since 2024. They have a demonstrated history in the oil and energy industry, having worked in various credit risk roles at Shell and East Energies. Jill obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering and a minor in Chinese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Jill was the Owner and Head of Operations at Sodalicious from 2015 to 2017 and completed an Operations Management Internship at Accenture in 2015.
