Jill Sayers

Jill Sayers is a global operations leader in the Oil and Gas industry with a focus on production operations, budget management, and technology leadership. They have served in various leadership roles at Shell, where they led teams to ensure safe production and implemented processes that enhanced operational efficiency. Notably, Jill advanced production safety by transitioning assurance programs to virtual practices during the global pandemic and played a key role in driving safety improvements across multiple sites. They are currently pursuing bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from Sam Houston State University.
