Jim Hale is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Deepwater Development Lead at Shell Oil Company and Team Lead for Deepwater Developments at Shell International E&P Inc. With a long tenure at Shell International Exploration & Production as a Principal Concept Engineer, Jim has a wealth of experience in subsea engineering, having previously worked at Brown & Root. An alumnus of Texas A&M University, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering.
