Jim Moore

Jim Moore is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in oil and gas project delivery and operations. They worked at Shell from 2005, where they served in various roles, including Integrated Commissioning Team Technical Authority and Project to Asset Team Leader, before taking on the role of Organisational Readiness Lead in 2012. In this capacity, they managed organizational design and recruitment for new projects and established a Competency Management System for operational staff. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Control and Instrumentation from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Teeside Polytechnic, and Hartlepool College of Further Education, completing their studies in 1976.
