Joanna Seddon is currently the General Manager of B2C and Supply Chain Technology for Lubricants at Shell, leading a global technology team focused on innovative product development and technical support. Previously, Joanna held various roles at Shell, including Global Product Marketing and Innovation Director, and has substantial experience in supply chain and business development within the lubricants sector. Joanna began their professional journey with a summer student placement at Mars Confectionery in 1999. They hold a Master of Natural Sciences and a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Open University.
