John Lim is a Principal Technical Expert in Offshore Structures at Shell, where they support the Global Discipline Head by providing technical leadership and assurance, managing functional agendas, and developing staff capability. John has extensive experience in structural engineering, having previously held roles at Kvaerner Petrominco Sdn Bhd, Technip Geoproduction, and Shell, where they managed complex projects and teams across various engineering disciplines. They are currently pursuing both a Master’s and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Kansas.
