John Scroggins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Shell since May 2012, John has also held various technical and managerial roles, including Technical Manager for SCADA/Applications and SCADA Project and Support Manager. Prior to Shell, John worked at INVISTA as a Project Manager/Gatekeeper and gained valuable experience at Ineos as Capital Engineering Manager and Project Manager.
